Last Will & Testament: I Edward Jay Williams, being of sound mind and body, leave my property at 90 Serpentine Ave, Sequim, WA 98382, to my Sister Lynn Angela Hadar (Williams). My hope (but not requirement) is that she will pass it down to my grand-niece Tsoof at such time as Lynn deems appropriate. She may also pass it on to her daughter Michelle (Tsoof's mother) with the same eventual purpose, for Michelle to pass on to Tsoof when she deems proper.
